Most buyers who come to us for China sourcing have the same story. They found a supplier on Alibaba, wired the money, and then waited three weeks for something that did not match the photos. Or they did find a decent factory, but discovered that getting the goods out of China — customs paperwork, freight booking, final-mile delivery — cost more than the products themselves.
That gap is what we close. We are based in Shenzhen, a short drive from most of the factories we work with. We visit them, check business licenses against the actual production line, and stay on site while your order runs. Then we inspect it, consolidate it, and ship it.
Factory Sourcing & Supplier Verification
We start with the factory, not the quote. When you send us a product or a picture, we search 1688 and domestic supplier databases, shortlist 3–5 real manufacturers, and verify each one on the ground — business license, export records, and a live look at the production line. You receive a comparison sheet with photos, unit prices at different MOQs, and our honest read on which supplier fits your order. No fake “authorized distributors,” no middlemen stacked on top of middlemen.
Sampling & Transparent Quotation
Before any bulk order, we arrange a pre-production sample so you can confirm material, weight, and finish. Your quotation breaks down everything: unit cost, mold or setup fees if any, packaging, and our service commission — no surprise charges after production starts. If a sample fails your spec, we go back to the factory and re-quote, or find a better one, before you commit a cent to bulk production.
Quality Control: AQL 2.5 Inspection
Every shipment is inspected to AQL 2.5 before it leaves the factory. Our inspectors check against your approved sample for function, appearance, quantity, and carton markings, and send you a dated report with photos. If a batch falls below standard, we either rework it with the factory or hold it — your call — rather than ship defects and hope. This single step is why our clients rarely see returns from customers.
Warehousing, Consolidation & FBA Prep
Goods from multiple factories go into our Shenzhen warehouse, where we consolidate them into one shipment and label them for Amazon FBA — carton labels, FNSKU, and suffocation warnings applied to your spec. For non-FBA sellers we can kit, repackage, or simply hold stock until you are ready to ship. One warehouse, many suppliers, one outbound container.
Door-to-Door Shipping & Freight Forwarding
From our dock to your door, we handle both air and sea freight, DDP and DDU terms, and customs clearance at the destination port. You get a tracking link and a single point of contact instead of chasing three carriers. Whether it is a 2 kg express parcel or a full 40-foot container, the booking, insurance, and paperwork run through one partner — us.
